What is Pathways?

Think of it as a
mirror, not a report card.

So what actually is it?
Pathways is your organisation's approach to development: a philosophy and a set of tools that help you understand yourself at work, figure out where you want to go, and take small deliberate steps to get there. It works because you decide what matters.

What it's NOT:

Not a performance review. Pathways is separate from how you're evaluated. What you write in your journal stays private. Your manager cannot see it.

Not a mandatory homework assignment. There are no deadlines, no completion rates, and no one checking whether you filled in your goals.

Not a one-size-fits-all framework. Your growth path looks different from everyone else's. The tools adapt to where you are and where you want to go.
How it works

Three ways to grow.

Pathways meets you where you are: through private reflection, active learning, and the people around you.

Reflect
Your Growth Journal is a private space to capture thinking, set goals, and track progress. Your Growth Coach, a built-in AI guide, helps you identify which competencies to focus on and why. Only you can see any of it.

Practice
The Pathways Workshop Series puts you in focused sessions grouped by competency, not team. Between workshops, scenario-based simulations let you practice real decisions and see how your instincts develop over time.

Connect
Workshop peers become ongoing thinking partners. Mentors from within your organisation champion specific competencies. Roundtables give you a regular space to share progress with people who get it.

The Pathways Workshop Series

Three hours that actually change something.

The workshop is an ignition event, not a training day. Here's what to expect.

Hour 1
Self-discovery
You'll explore what growth actually means to you, not the company's version, yours. You'll use your journal to activate what you've already been thinking about.

Hour 2
Peer learning by competency
You'll be grouped with colleagues based on shared or complementary competencies: people who are strong where you're developing, and vice versa. Real conversations, not presentations.
🌱
Hour 3
Intention setting
You'll leave with one or two things to focus on, mapped to competencies and grounded in what came up in the room. An intentional next step, not a vague intention.
Before you arrive: Spend a few minutes in your journal reflecting on your professional goals and where you want to grow. The more you've thought about it, the more you'll get out of the room.

Open Pathways
Head to your Pathways dashboard. You'll receive gentle reminders to complete your journal regularly so the habit builds naturally.

Answer today's reflection prompt
There's one waiting for you. You don't need to write a lot. Even a sentence is enough to start building the habit.

Browse the competencies
Flip through a few and notice which ones feel alive for you right now. Then chat with your Pathways Mentor to get a clearer sense of which competencies to focus on and where to start.
